Our Service Pricing Model
Our speech therapy services are private pay only, meaning we do not bill insurance directly. However, many families are able to use a “superbill” to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider. A superbill is a detailed invoice that includes all of the necessary information—such as diagnosis and treatment codes—that insurance companies typically require. After each session or on a monthly basis, we can provide you with a superbill that you submit directly to your insurance company. While reimbursement is not guaranteed, this process often allows families to recoup a portion of their therapy costs. Superbills can be generated upon request. We offer a free initial consultation to help you learn more about our services and determine if they are the right fit for your needs. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your concerns, answer questions, and outline what therapy could look like moving forward—so you can make an informed decision with no obligation.

The cost of this service is per session. Both our child and adult speech therapy services are designed as ongoing appointments to support steady progress toward communication goals. The process begins with an initial evaluation, where we assess current strengths and needs. If you decide to move forward with therapy, the cost of this evaluation is the same as a standard therapy session. Follow-up 50 minute sessions are then scheduled regularly to provide consistent, individualized support tailored to each client’s needs.

We also offer stand-alone evaluations for individuals who may not be seeking ongoing therapy services. These evaluations provide a detailed assessment of communication strengths and challenges, along with professional recommendations and a written report. This option is ideal for families or adults who simply want clarity about speech and language skills, a second opinion, etc. without committing to therapy.
